Parking bays for the centre are shared with the Denmark High School and Great Southern TAFE. Enter the parking area off South Coast Highway via the middle driveway. The eastern driveway is exit only and the western driveway is only for buses.
Buses and coaches arrive on the west side of the building for alighting and embarking. Bus parking bays are available.
The administration centre is staffed five days per week and we have a full-time live-in caretaker who will assist you over the weekend. The administration centre has photocopying, email, internet and fax facilities for your convenience.
Telephone
We have a public telephone in the centre. It works on a phone card system. You can purchase these cards at the centre or any newsagency in $5, $10 or $20 units. The cards work via a 1800 number and then a PIN number that comes with the card. The telephone does not use Telstra cards that are inserted into public telephones.
A full time live in caretaker can assist you on weekends and will ensure your needs are met.
There are two large and one smaller meeting rooms. One of these can also serve as a recreational or games room as required. State of the art audio visual equipment is available on request (including DVD, television, overhead projectors) and a data projector is available for hire.
The dormitories are equipped with bunk beds and power outlets. Bedroom and bathroom linen and pillows are available for hire. The west wing dormitory sleeps 38 and the east wing dormitory sleeps 28. Each dormitory is completely separated from the other.
Our kitchen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen for self catering or external caterers. All cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery is available. A beautifully appointed dining room seats 80 diners and more diners can be accommodated in nearby rooms if required.
Our one bed sick bay is equipped with a St John Ambulance first aid kit. Both the caretaker and the centre manager hold current first aid certificates.
There are shower and separate toilet areas at each end of the dormitories. These can be segregated into male and female units as required.
A small domestic laundry for ad hoc use is available for use on request.
There is access for people with disabilities throughout the centre and a separate shower and toilet facility.
A north-facing patio area is available for outdoor functions and barbeques
